Delivery

Parcels are usually shipped within 2-4 days of receiving payment and shipped via DHL or DPD with tracking and shipping without a signature. No matter which shipping you choose, we will provide you with an online tracking link.

Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees, as well as shipping costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately and shipping charges will apply to each of them. Your parcel will be shipped at your own risk, but we take special care to protect fragile items.

1) Prepayment to a bank account

– up to 10 kg: PLN 13

– 10.1 to 20 kg: PLN 16

– 20.1 to 30 kg: PLN 18

2) Cash/card on delivery

– up to 10 kg: PLN 16

– 10.1 to 20 kg: PLN 20

– 20.1 to 30 kg: PLN 21
